What is the admission process?

  • Fill in the Enquiry form given in the website.
  • Or you can walk in to the school & fill the Enquiry Form @ the KIOSK set there & meet the Front office personnel
  • Post that meet the Admission facilitator to learn about the school ethos, principals & other brief details.
  • The next step is to buy the Application Form
  • Go on a Campus Tour with the School Team & learn more about the school
  • We conduct informal/formal performance assessments(Higher grades) to understand the grade and age level abilities of a child and thereby facilitate learning opportunities in accomplishing the developmental needs of each individual child.
  • Admission Skill Test includes - listening, speaking, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills (Maths & English).
  • Post the Admission Skill test evaluation -Parents will be interviewed for a better understanding of their diversity and to foster reciprocal relationships.
    *** The parent needs to complete the Application form – fill in the details specified by the school’s end & submit the fully completed application form along with the following documents:

    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Copy of the last transcript from the previous school (Bring the original)
    • Original transfer certificate (If relocating within India)
    • Recent two passport-size photographs and one stamp-size photograph of the child and each parent
    • Copy of the passport, if, the candidate is a foreign national
    • Copy of the Aadhaar Card of the student & parents
  • To confirm admission, one needs to pay Caution deposit, Educational Service Fund, and 1st term fee at the school office.

What Foreign languages do you offer?

Is it mandatory to opt Indian languages in primary grades?

Students from Grade I to III can opt for French/Hindi as second language

From IVth Grade it is mandatory to opt for Hindi / Kannada / local language as 3rd language. If the child has opted for French as 2nd language.

How experienced are your teachers and staff?

Teachers and staff are well-qualified, experienced and caring professionals, whose primary concern is the welfare and development of young children.

Most of the faculty hold advanced degrees and are trained. The teachers at Ambitus also enrol & are certified with Cambridge Professional Certificates which gives them a better understanding to upskill & use the latest pedagogies and practices in the teaching and learning process. The educators will be going through a series of workshops/seminars to upgrade their skills &undergo continuous professional training while working with children. The teachers would be enrolled in the series of workshops/trainings given by the Cambridge to know the recent developments & changes.

What is the class strength and teacher student ratio?

24 students per classroom in all grades
Teacher student ratio – 1:12
CEY – One lead teacher
Grade I to III – Home room teacher
Grade IV onwards – Subject teachers

How is an admission decision made?


Head of the School and admissionteam reviews the application form and checks the other aspects and if all the criteria are met parents are informed about the confirmation of admission.

How do you confirm the seat?


School will be sharing the School Parent Connect Portal details in the Mail with a confirmation to the registered e-mail id and an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number during the admission registration process.

Will you consider mid- session admissions?


We will consider mid–session admissions, during the school’s ongoing academic year, subject to the availability of a seat in the class that admission is being sought and the academic skills of the student will be keenly observed as he/she joins mid-term.
